1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Puzzles Living website (puzzlesliving.com) and our PG accommodation services. By using our website or booking a stay, you agree to these Terms.

Puzzles Living is operated by Saranga Accommodation Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

2. Services

Puzzles Living provides paying guest (PG) and hostel accommodation for students in Bangalore. Our services include:

  • Fully furnished rooms (single, double, and triple occupancy)
  • 4 meals per day, high-speed WiFi, laundry, housekeeping, and security
  • Online enquiry and callback booking through this website

Room availability, pricing, and amenities are subject to change without prior notice. The information on this website is for general guidance — final terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment of the security deposit and first month's rent.
  • A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. The amount varies by property and room type.
  • Monthly rent is payable in advance by the 5th of each month.
  • Late payments may incur a penalty as communicated by the property manager.

4. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations made 15+ days before check-in: full refund of security deposit.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund of security deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: no refund.
  • Residents must provide 30 days written notice before vacating. Security deposit is refunded (minus any damages or outstanding dues) within 15 business days of check-out.

5. House Rules

Residents are expected to:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in their rooms and common areas
  • Respect fellow residents and staff
  • Follow the visitor policy of the respective property
  • Not engage in illegal activities, substance abuse, or behaviour that disrupts other residents
  • Not damage property — cost of damages will be deducted from the security deposit
  • Follow quiet hours as specified by the property manager

Violation of house rules may result in warnings or termination of stay without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Puzzles Living takes reasonable measures to ensure the safety and security of residents. However:

  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • We are not liable for interruptions in services (water, electricity, WiFi) due to factors beyond our control.
  • Website content is provided “as is” — we do not guarantee that all information is accurate or up-to-date at all times.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Saranga Accommodation Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
