Double-sharing rooms are our most popular option, available at every property. Standard doubles come with two beds, two desks, and two wardrobes. Variations include double economy (₹10,000/mo at Stellar House), standard double non-AC, double with balcony (₹22,000/mo at Dream House), double with attached bathroom (₹20,000/mo at Valour House, ₹16,000/mo at Stellar House), and double deluxe AC (₹27,000–₹30,000/mo at Grandeur House). Every monthly rent payment covers: a fully furnished room (bed, mattress, study desk, chair, wardrobe, curtains, lighting); 4 freshly prepared meals per day (breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, dinner) with a rotating North and South Indian menu; high-speed 1 Gbps fibre WiFi with no throttling or data caps; professional laundry service (wash, fold, and return); daily housekeeping of rooms and common areas; 24/7 hot water supply; 24/7 CCTV surveillance and biometric access control; on-site house manager support; access to common areas, study zones, and recreation spaces; and regular power supply (with backup at Euphoria House and Hope House). The only costs not included in the rent are: a one-time refundable security deposit (varies by property and room type — typically 1–2 months rent), and optional AC electricity charges at properties where AC usage is metered separately.
